Fall 2019 Empty Beauty Products

I always feel a sense of satisfaction when I finish an entire product. It’s like a mini accomplishment, since a mountain of other products live in my vanity and under the sink.

You might get a similar feeling when you actually use up all of the ink in a pen. Or is it just me?!

I take this as an opportunity to really evaluate a product. Which can be really difficult! Sometimes we’re turned off by a new moisturizer before giving a fair shot, and toss it aside for the next one. [Hence that growing mountain of products…] Other times, we have a slight reaction and freak out – OMG why did I buy this one! If only I knew beforehand that it was going to break me out! [We also have to recognize that our skin need some adjustment time, so be patient and give it more than just a couple of days! Unless the reaction is really bad, trust me I’ve had some really bad allergic reactions – move on to the next!]

Empties videos are a little rate for me. I honestly don’t go through products as quickly as others might. Especially when it comes to make up because I’m a pretty simple makeup wearer and like things to be EASY!

Getting through an entire product allows me to consider – would I purchase this again? I think that’s the real question that tells us how good we actually thought something was, and how much we liked it. When we feel like we can’t wait to finish the product so we can replace it with something else, or if we are trying to use it up so that we don’t waste money, well…that’s another story.
