Sarah Flint The Perfect Pump & Perfect Block Sandal Review + Discount Code!
I was introduced to the Sarah Flint brand early in 2021 and have been so satisfied with their shoes! If you’ve been following me on any of my social media channels, you already know that I LOVE shoes!
Over the years, I have gone through many different pairs of shoes. I’m always excited to try something out to see if I like it, and what I came to realize is that comfort is extremely important to me! I’m not someone who can push through being uncomfortable for a pair of shoes that I think just looks great. If I’m going to be wearing a pair of shoes for hours, and need to walk around with a smile on, I need to make sure that I feel good on my feed.
The Sarah Flint line intrigued me because of their emphasis on quality and comfort. While browsing their website, I noticed that they took the care to include features into their line to make sure the shoes were comfortable. YES!
For my first pair, I thought I would play it safe and get a low heeled sandal. I decided on The Perfect Block Sandal in a 30mm heel in gold nappa leather. My typical size in most shoes are a 35.5/5.5, I usually go a half size down with an open toe shoe. That’s what I did here and ordered a 35, and they worked out great! I picked the gold nappa leather because I had a small outdoor event coming up and wanted a pair of sandals that looked great and would be easy to walk in on various surfaces. I’m happy to report that I was able to not only wear these shoes comfortable throughout the event, but also helped me easily walk around to help with some set up! The gold nappa leather is a great dressy neutral that can be worn to dressy day or night events! These sandals come in a few other classic colors, in case you want something with less sparkle and shine.

After seeing success with my first pair, I thought I would take the jump and try the Perfect Pump! (As a side note…I’m not someone who typically wears stiletto heels on the regular, so I was a bit nervous!)
I had planned a photoshoot to get some new pictures to post on Instagram, and my Perfect Pumps arrived just in time! I had initially planned to wear a different pair of shoes with this outfit (flats) but really wanted to put these to the test after being impressed with the Block Sandals. *fingers crossed* For this style, I went with my standard 35.5 size.
I stood and walked for a consistent 30 minutes for several blocks with no discomfort! I could have walked in these shoes for much longer. My feet weren’t sore from the additional padding and arch support that the Sarah Flint line is known for. For someone who rarely wears a heel higher than flats (aka no heel at all), I was absolutely impressed. Let me be clear, this is a highly unusual thing for me to do - although that might sound wild to all of the regular high heel wearers out there! I own other heels, but sadly they don’t make it out of the house very much.
As someone who has a corporate job for years, I’ve wanted to add more options for both clothing and footwear. I chose taupe suede for the Perfect Pump because I wanted something that was neutral. I had considered getting a pair of nude pumps for a very long time, but could never quite seem to find the right color for me. The taupe suede color does not disappoint! It’s a fantastic color and a great neutral that will be easily paired with many outfits.
