Starting My Fitness Journey
Throughout my life I haven’t been the most active. Basically, exercise for me was only if it were required, ex: gym class.
Lately, I’ve been recognizing that physical fitness has become more important to me. I just want to be able to do things without the struggle - you know what I mean?!
I would love to be more adventurous by going on a hike, or not struggle so much with taking my huge dog for a walk.
There are so many benefits to staying active and being healthy!
